the Women’s Council of Antelope Valley, where their mission is to advance women as business leaders in the industry and the community they serve. Last year she also founded an influential local Facebook group called AV Sisterhood, to help bring the community together during the statewide pandemic stayat-home order. “Everyone was locked in their homes, feeling isolated and alone,” Jennifer says, “so I created this Facebook group where we could deliver random acts of kindness to one another ding dong ditch style, just to remain Covid safe. It made it so fun for our community to come together and have something to do, while also making one another smile and feel special.” The group grew over 5,000 members in a matter of weeks and is still going strong, celebrating its one-year anniversary May 8th, 2021. When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is the mother of 9-year-old triplets Xavier, Carlie and Nalani. The family loves to go RV camping, hiking, taking vacations, as well as relaxing by their pool and hosting pool parties for friends and family. In the future, Jennifer says she plans to maintain her business at its current level so that she can continue providing the same excellent personal customer service for her clients. “I want to continue year over year helping as many families as I’m able to,” Jennifer says. “The sky’s the limit, and you get out of this business what you put into it. If you do good business and you deliver good service to your clients, the repeat business will always follow. I like to work smarter, not harder. It’s about being consistent, having integrity and good motives with each and every client.”
