Jeremy Wayland
Jeremy was born and raised in the city of Orange and his family roots run deep in the city, dating back 5 generations. As an Orange resident and Orange High graduate Jeremy provides two decades of experience as a Realtor. Jeremy has assisted in and sold nearly half a billion dollars worth of residential Real Estate in Orange County. He has been a property manager for over 22 years and has taken his knowledge and experience to found and Broker Lionheart Pride. Jeremy is a proud family man, he and his wife Sabrina along with their two children attend St. John’s Church and care deeply about their community. Jeremy is a member of Mensa and a proud lifelong Angels, Patriots, and Lakers fan who loves to catch a game any chance he gets!
Sabrina Wayland
Sabrina is a Residential Realtor and specializes in leasing as well as first time home buyers. A recent transplant to the city of Orange, Sabrina hails from Newport Beach and specializes in the Costa Mesa and Newport Beach area. Sabrina and her Husband Jeremy are both members of St. John’s church along with their two children. Sabrina’s heart is set on serving others and her community. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at the Second Harvest food bank of Orange County and encourages others to find ways to get involved in giving back and assisting others in need.
